Notes from Juli: Its an old cuban recipe that i've updated to fit for Weight Watchers.
2 tablespoons = 1 point.
It's also a cool spread cause you can use it as a dip for veggies and cru dite or you can spread it on toasted french baguette rounds, or how we normally use it at family parties we make little sandwiches on 7 grain bread and take off the crust and cut them into triangles :)
Pastica (paz tee ka)
4 oz Devilled Ham
4 oz Devilled Chicken (or chicken spread)
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
15 large olives (with pimento centers)
1 medium marinated roasted red pepper
3 tblspns sweet relish
Hot sauce- to taste
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend the hell out of them!
I like it with a slight kick so I add a bit of the hot sauce, but that's the beauty of it you can make it as hot or mild as you like.
It's a nice pink color with little pieces of green through out. I hope you like it!
