Goat Cheese and Artichoke Nibbles

16-20 wonton wrappers
8 oz herbed goat cheese
1/3 - 1/2 cup artichoke hearts or artichoke tapenade
1 T olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350. Coat a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Separate the wonton wrappers and place them in the muffin cups. Combine the goat cheese and artichokes or tapenade. Spoon mixture into the wonton cups. Lightly brush the edges with the olive oil.
